Nerang
Does anybody know anything about Nerang,thought I saw on here that someone recommended it.How far from the beach is it!Is it a good place to live?Opinions please.Thanks all

It's a drive from the beach, and some of it is a bit of an industrial estate.

Think of Nerang as the Slough of Queensland, except tattier!

I'd rather live at Ormeau or somewhere personally if I had to live in that area.

The town itself is rather tatty looking, with a big light industrial area, but there are some really nice areas just outside in the Hinterland.
They are currently suffering from a wild pack of deer running around in the area: some guy was farming them and decided to pack up and move out of SE Qld, so just turned them loose into the State forest.
