I don't like saying "I told you so" but I told you so.

It's an each-way bet that we haven't seen the start of it yet in many metropolitan areas and surrounding suburbs.

Paper's love doom and gloom.
For those of us that have brought in the last 2 years we can't really grumble as we probably made a killing in the UK.
As for the market falling often it is just more realistic prices being put on houses and people are not able to be greedy. For those of you looking at coming out next year it could be a blessing

For those just here and looking to buy it should be a blessing , and for those who have bought a house for the long term, its irrelevant.

If anyone came here , and bought a house short-term with the hope of making a killing in a market they didn't know, well...
