Need some help
 

I am considering applying for PR and have a couple of questions in relation to this.

My status is

I am a single parent (divorced) with 2 kids, I am 38 yrs old and a British citizen

I will have an MBA this year (sep) and approx 20 years of work experience. I am considering boosting this by doing a postgrad diploma at Charles stuart University (NSW) by distance learning probably in management pyschology / policing or something similar.

Questions

Do I lose points for not having a spouse or having 2 kids dependent on me. ???

Will an Oz qualification help in the application process ??

Is it possible to serve in the Australian defence forces (as an officer) or police (graduate entrant) after receiving PR status or do you have to be resident in Oz for a period.

I have some previous military training (Naval Reserve)


Anybody any experience of this ????
