Hello,

I have applied for my ACS RPL. I am aware it would take 4 to 8 weeks. After positive ACS RPL received actual visa application will be lodged. Now my questions:

1) Can I submit police clearance and Medical certificates at the same time while lodging your applications?
2) What is the complete process and timeline for Individual Skilled PR?
3) Does anyone have to submit English language tests? Are there any criteria for who and what?
4) Once this is over how much time I will have to get visa stamp and arrive in Australia?

Hi and welcome.

In answer to Q1, yes you can however they are only valid for a year so you risk them running out if your processing is delayed. You have to get to Oz before they are 1 year old!

Q2 - Approx 1 year from application date unless SNTI or nurse.

Q3 - Not sure, but asssume you do if your education was not in English as 1st language.

Q4 - Same as Q1 - until the 1st birthday of your medical/police checks.
