Need a SmartDNS? Lifetime deal available
Shout out to a deal on Getflix, lifetime sub for US$49.99, https://stacksocial.com/sales/getfli...mesubscription.
We have an old PC next to the TV and use Getflix's SmartDNS to stream BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Prime US, Prime UK, Netflix US. Been using Getflix for 4 years.
For quickly changing DNS servers on your PC, https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/quick_set_dns.html.
You also get a VPN (uses OpenVPN) as well, but SmartDNS is faster for streaming.
You can access a 14-day trial to see whether it works for you. Note, lifetime offer ends in six days.
Daughter in NY was after a recommendation earlier and figured it may help others to know about it.

Be careful when it comes to lifetime accounts.
The last time I checked they were treating those accounts differently from customers who pay on a regular basis, with the difference being that lifetime account-holders could only use their DNS service to stream US Netflix on PCs and not via Apple TV for instance.
Everything else was/is the same I believe, but it was still a surprise to see lifetime customers treated worse than clients paying regularly.
