Default Need Aus. immi advice

Hi,
Myself Rakesh Patney, a new memeber to this group.
I want to apply for WORK VISA and P.R for Australia . Please advice me, under what category( like Skilled Indepent or Sponsered, etc) or what should I do so that I get a positive result (very very important). Also, 2 of my uncles are Australian citizens, they can sponser me if need arises. A brief info. about myself :

Professional Experiences: 4 yrs
I have been working with a company since 1st July 1998 to till date( i.e 4 yrs.)
Ø From 1 July 1998 to 31st July 2000, I had worked as Desktop Operator.
Ø Since 1st August 2000 to till date, I have been working as Systems Administrator.

Education : B.Com(Bachelor of Commerce) in the year 1998.

Technical Education: Windows NT 4.0 from Asset International, (May 2000)
MCP in Windows NT Workstation 4.0.(May 2000)
MCP in Windows NT Server 4.0.(May 2000)
IBM Certified E-Commerce from Asset International.(Jan 2002)
MCSE in Windows 2000 track.(March 2002).

I'm sending an application to ACS for Skills assessment, under ASCO Code 2231-11(Systems Manager). Will I get positive appraisal? What should I do if they find me unsuitable ? I also have 2 yrs of job experience as computer operator with a company(1996-98), but I wasnt graduate by then. Can I mention it to ACS for taking this experience into consideration too?
Please advice me asap.

I think you have to go with RPL for the skilled assessment. If I were
you, I would hire an agent to help me out. I think it is a little bit
more complicated if you don't have an IT degree.

Regards,

Joe

Hi,
If I were you, I'd go for the sponsored, which is just my opinion… but that’s the one that I would try for if I were you. One of my mates, came to Australia this way... 3 yrs ago now. He had family here, and applied for PR with his family sponsoring him, they were not immediate family, (i.e. parents, but uncles and aunts). Although he did have a job to come to here... so this may have helped his application when he applied.

Cheers
