Default National Veterinary Examination

Hi,

I'm applying for a work visa and my wife is veterinarian, graduated in Brazil.

We know that when we arrive in Australia my wife should take the National Veterinary Examination to be able to work as veterinary.

Do you know about some preparatory course to help her with this exam? Or where we could have more details about this exam?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

Try here (the first result via a quick search on Google!):
http://www.avbc.asn.au/exam.htm

You could also contact the Australian Veterinary Association (www.ava.com.au) for any further information.

Hope this helps .

Oh, OK, sorry. It may still be worth contacting the AVA to see if they can help with this?

Just to be recorded if someone else need the same information:

If you are a veterinarian and need apply for NVE in Australia you could enroll in the last year rotation in any four accredited Australian veterinary schools (University of Melbourne, Sydney, Queensland and Murdoch).

This way you could prepare for the NVE.

When I have more news I'll update this thread.
