I am Australian Citezen who is living overseas.

currently i want a Police Checks Clearance (Name only not Finger Print)

I called the Australian Embassy where i am, and asked if they can provide me this Police Checks, but they said I can issue it online.

I googled it but could not find any link that allows me to apply for Police Checks online..

does any one know what is the link for applying online for Police Checks ?

Thanks but the link you set is for form to be filled and then printed out.

Is there any other way to apply online?

No. You have to use that form and send it in the mail.
