any comments or experiences of national homebuyers??

is it worth going down that route, or not?.................

sorry to disapoint you but dont use them they got slated on watchdog about 3 months ago charge about £500 to value your house then only give you about 2/3 of the value of the property I think there are other costs as well I know a hell of alot of people contacted watchdog saying they were trying to get there money back but had no success.

I have seen comments about them on here, yes they offer you a cash price for your house BUT at a MUCH reduced price.

So, unless you are absolutely, totally desperate - I wouldn't!!
