NASA photos - NZ & OZ
It's way late, should be fast asleep at the moment, but came across this thread on a nz forum and was having too much fun with it - thought I'd post a link to the full thread instead of just the NASA photos. Hope it works:

Page 1 includes an amazing photo of Christchurch, taken very recently I believe (can't figure out now how to find photo date, but I think all the 'new images' photos are from within last few months) - click on it, and then be sure to hit 'click here to view full image' (takes a few minutes to download but well worth the wait!).
Lots of new photos of NZ and OZ, as well as rest of the world, available here. Just be warned, could keep you occupied for hours
