Does anyone know how i register a business name in OZ. I have a domian name and now want to register the business name for when I get to OZ.

Thanks for the reply, just went to the dept. of fair trading and i can do it at their offices for a fee of around $202.

Business Names Registration
It sounds like you are already on track, but in case of need there's some information here:

There's no need to attend the Consumer Affairs office in person (usually - I have faxed business name registration applications without any problems arising), but you will need to supply a business address in the State or Territory in which you will be carrying on your business.
