Default My visa is approved but I dont have it

Hi
My 457 visa was approved this week but i dont actually get a stamp until after i arrive in Oz. Will this be OK at the airport? I will basically arrive with my passport only and a print out of the notification email that my visa is approved.

Also to rent a unit i will only have my past mortgage statements to prove I am good at paying bills. Is this enough?

Thanks

Don't worry the visas are all computerised you won't need the sticker in your passport on arrival but need to get to immigration office asap after arrival, Medicare will want to see it and maybe your bank.
If your on a 457 then you have a job and this will please most rental agents, that and your past mortgage statements should be fine, they may also ask for personal referees but these could be people you know in the UK.
