my application has been finalised - what does it mean?
 
my agent got an email saying that my application has been finalised and i should get a letter in the next few days.
does it mean it was granted? or does it mean they reached a desicion and i would only know when i recieve the letter?
help!!

Same thing happened to us about a month ago. We were notified that a final decision had been made and that a letter would follow. 10 days later our agent rang to say that the yellow envelop had arrived, we were in. Apparently DIMIA subscribe to the Torquemada school of customer relations and do everything they can to prolong the agony.
