Murrumba Downs.....is it stinking?

Looking at rentals and noticed there's a water treatment park on the outskirts of Murrumba Downs. Is there a noticeable smell from it?

I know a few people that live at Murrumba Downs and I've never heard them mention a stink

I live near there and have never even seen a water treatment place. Several friends live there and its never been mentioned in conversations. I must go and ask now but I doubt its anything to worry about. Nice place but growing rapidly!

Thanks for the replies. Was there viewing a house the other day and can confirm that Murrumba Downs is not stinking! Sadly the house was :(
