We have just arrived back from our validation trip and the info on Bayside from his posts and website made our trawl around the suburbs a lot easier.
Felt like I knew the area before we had even arrived

Or did you mean own?
As far as I'm aware, Karma is supposed to be given freely for advice/help/info or just something that made you laugh. I never got the concept of owing Karma.
