Re: Moving to Sydney Soon- Helppppp
I have just come back after 5 weeks in Sydney, currently my other half is near Darling Harbour.
But we will need somewhere slightly more affordable when I move out. Id like somewhere in Waverley, not too far from the CBD but also less hectic than the city. Any suggestions on areas would be great, where we could get a good size 2 bed at a resonable price. However Sydney rents are worse than London so I know that wont be easy, trying to manage my expectations.
Thanks for the quick responses feeling better already.

We'll be heading to Sydney in April if things go as planned. We're mid 30's too. Well I am she's early 30's and would kill me saying otherwise
We'll definitely be heading to the thursday night drinks. I'll hopefully be getting work in the CBD.
As for places to live. Waverly is decent from what I remember. I think we're looking at Randwick, Coogee or Maroubra with a $600pw budget. Have revised it from $500 as that wasn't going to get us much.

Hi there
Me and my girlfiend have just moved to Mosman 2 weeks ago. we're both mid 30's, if you fancy a beer sometime would be great.
Hopefully we're gonna get to the city drinks on Thursday this week as just seen the posts about them.
Cheers,
Andy & Hayley
