Default Moving to rural NSW?

Him indoors and I are talking about moving to the rural parts of NSW and we saw a while back about this $9000 (roughly!!!) that the AUS gov would miraculously pay to encourage people to do this........does anyone know where can find out about this or just general items of the rural parts of NSW please.

Thanks in advance
