Moving to Perth - HCA/AIN/Support worker

Hi all,
I have been trying to find some research on what type of role I can apply for and how difficult it is to get a heathcare job out in WA...I'm currently a Healthcare assistant in my local hospital and have a Degree in Health Studies...this had given me the opportunity to then apply for the two year nursing top up in the UK (when i was ready we have a young daughter). Unfortunately whilst I was doing my course my trust removed the "Assistant Practitioner role" which would have given myself a higher band and still the option for applying for an apprenticeship in Nursing. I was just wondering what roles I could apply for in Australia with the Degree? Or if i would have to start again with my Nursing career :( I also wondered what the AIN role was like in Australia so reaching out to anyone who's currently in the same position or working over in Australia as a AIN/PCA etc

*coming over on husbands 186 visa - Emergency Worker*

Questions I have :)
What's the situation with applying for roles over there?
What are shift patterns like? 12HRS? Night work?
Est hourly rate - enhancements?
Is there the option to progress?
What's community like? I would be open to this whilst looking into local hospitals.

I would be grateful for any advice.
I have joined a few groups on FB but still can't see much info on Health support workers.

Thank you😊

You would need a degree in nursing to be eligible.

Stick in the UK and get your Nursing Degree to be Registered and a couple of years of experience.

At that point onwards they will be throwing Visas and jobs at you guaranteed and that is not to change for a while.
