Moving to Perth?

Moving to Perth?
We are looking to move to Perth next year, any suggestions on nice areas to live. Have looked at Realestate.com.au and North Perth seems to be more expensive? Will probably rent first and hope to buy within 6 months to a year. Also have a little boy, so schools are essential.

Can I suggest you go to the top of the page and type Perth in the search function - There are loads of threads you can look through
