Hi we are a family of four moving to Oz at the end of the year, kids are 11 & 8 years old. We are looking for areas in Perth or Brisbane (still undecided) with good schools, preferably near beach & golf course, we are looking for a 4 bedroom house with pool in good area, which areas would ex pats recommend to start our search.

PS can anyone advice on self-build mortgages or mortgage set-up.
