Default Moving a loan from UK to OZ

Have gone for a job in Sydney and looks like I might get it but I do have a loan in the UK has anyone moved over to OZ with a loan or left it in the UK.

Reason for me asking is I was planning to move to Oz in a few years time with said loan paid off but saw a job offer that I could not ignore but now a little concerned if I can move the loan.

Don't bother moving it, set up internet banking and pay your loan off from Aus.

Assuming you get paid $3846 per fortnight (gross) you would earn $2743 per fortnight take-home (or $1371.50 per week) assuming no extras taken from tax etc. See http://www.ato.gov.au/scripts/taxcalc/calculate_tax.asp

Yes. The tax you'd pay on that is $2388, giving you a net of $5945.
