moving to gold coast
 

Hi all moving over from perth w.a. end of january, have been looking at properties around coomera waters, hope island and helensvale any pitfalls to living in these areas. want to live somewhere quiet but not dead as we are originally from glasgow and do still like the occasional swallae (glescae banter) to everyone else a night oot looking at the recent weather thank god we kept oor wellies and will feel quite at home. Like the idea of the social/community style offered at coomera waters given we have no friends or family in the area. Any info greatly appreciated:thumbsup:
