Default Getting a job with 489 visa in Tasmania

Good day,

I am a customer service manager about to move to Tasmania on a 489 visa. I hear the job market is quite tough in TAS. How hard is it to get any job at all to make up for the 35 hours per week requirement?
I am moving with my daughter and husband.

Tasmania is the size of the Republic of Ireland. Can you narrow it down a bit?
Have you looked on seek/jora/indeed?

I intend moving to Hobart but my reservation is with the preference of employers for 189/190 visa holders.
Is it really that tough?
