If I get PR in OZ and then one day decide to go bac to the uk do i regegister in OZ? Otherwise ive got to pay aussie tax on my earnings back in the UK?

According to law if you are PR in aus ou got to pay tax on money earned from oversead.

does this include property rentals from my property i the uk

And that means "living" in Australia. Holders of permanent visas living outside Australia do not fall within this definition.

Non-residents usually only pay tax on Australia sourced income. This may be relieved by double tax agreements.
