Can anyone tell me if I am allowed to get a mortgage on a temporary visa.

Thank you, Carole. Perth September 12th.

Carole,

It all depends on the lender, how much you are depositing, etc ... please send me an email if you would like a conversation with my colleague who advises in respect of mortgages.

Best regards.

Hi Carole
We arrived here last July and are on 4 yr Temporary Residence Visas. We put down 20% and got a mortgage no problem. At no stage did anyone ever suggest that it might be a problem. I also have a car on finance which again was very easy to do.
Good luck
Karen
