Mortgage loan question???
Hi All. Does anybody know how feasible it is to secure a morgage loan in Australia while not yet working in the country, with a deposit of about 50% of the cost of a property one intends to buy? Is the evidence of employment outside Australia showing the capability of meeting monthly repayments able to do this magic?
Cheers.

We couldn't even get a credit card until we had an income in Australia! :scared:
As far as mortgages are concerned, I haven't a clue - sorry!

Thanks for your response. May have to contact this bank.
