Moving in with my brother in law & his family . That will make a rea house full . We are then renting . How long before my wife & myself can get a morgage . Heard it will be a minimum of 6 months .:confused:

depends howmuch deposit you have, if you have a job, etc.
You might not meet the lending criteria of the banks but you can go with a non-conforming lender who specialise in loaning money to people who dont meet the banks' criteria - however you will pay higher interest rate (but not necessarily that much higher)
