More Perth House Price warnings from The West
For those of you recently arrived in Perth and about to finalise your contract read today's West Australian front page:
Home owners face big losses as prices drop.
Mindarie (is this popular for British expats?) experienced a 10% drop in prices over the December quarter.
Can't find the electronic version on the web but perhaps some kind soul can post the link if it appears later today.
