Does anyone know how often they update/change the MODL or SOL list.

It is reviewed annually. Last change was in December 2003, so presumably next change will be effective next December.

The MODL is actually revised as and when required. There is no fixed dates when the MODL will be revised.

Is the list that identifies whether particular occupations are fast tracked? - ie 4-6 months

The only occupation being fast tracked are Nurses, were going over as Hairdresser which is also on the MODL but will still take 12 months. Just because the occupation is on MODL doesn't mean it is fast tracked unforunately.

However, if your occupation is on MODL you can always get sponsored by STNI which can take about 4 months IF successful.
