Mint sauce
Aly and I (Jem husband new visa holders by one week)
stupid question I know! But I love roast lamb, yeah yeah crap thread I know!!! but just wanted to ask my fellow Poms, can you get mint sauce??? |

They have varieties - baxters etc - but they DONT taste the same. My OH uses MS when he is making a raita for the curry. To tell you the truth - my father in law brought 5 jars across this xmas - so that should keep us going lol :) Sarah |

You can buy it in the UK shops dotted around at a price. I too use it for Indian cooking. Disclaimer for trolls: I love it here and am adapting to all things Australian. This is not a whinge! I use Fountain mint sauce...yum.
I use it for my raita too, not the extra thick and minty one, just the normal one. It tastes pretty good. :D |
