IT Migration to NZ
 

Dear all,

I am slightly confused my the general skills migration procedure for immigrataion to NZ. I am currently working as a Network Manager and have around 25 points which according to the website means I can apply and as I am within 5 points of the passmark I should be granted a visa to secure work for the remaining points. What is confusing me is that does my job role need to be in the short supply list as I am currently working in IT. The way I see it is that if it was my application would be a speedier experience though not neccessary. Can anyone please advise me on this one.
