Migration on a budget
hi folks
is anyone else doing this whole thing on a tight budget or is it just me? I recorded that programme on bbc1 this morning and have just watched it - gob smacked :scared: I dont have a business to sell and there is no way i will be afford to buy for a couple of years. I have a house to sell which will provide capital for setting up costs etc and pay rent so housing is no problem BUT im under no illusion that it is going to be easy. I'm not afraid of hard work which is prob a good job :D as i will be doing this move as a single parent with 3 kids. I will clean toilets with my bare hands (well will prob put some marigolds on first) if it means getting a job but you know what i mean :D This roller coaster is constantly up and down and right now im in a dip. Am hopin gthat family on programme tomorrow arent quite so flush and reassure me im not completely insane ;) mandy |
Re: Migration on a budget
Reckon you will be fine!
You sound like a hard worker and that always counts for something, we are going out on the proceeds of the house sale, but, having said that we are going out with on furniture and starting again from scratch. Hubby me and 4 kids! should be interesting!:D  |
