can someone recommend a good agent i tried the web and there are literally thousands of them, Where do you start ?

I would recommend overseas emigration to anyone they are great. We are using them & are very pleased.

The first filter is to exclude non-registered ones: http://www.themara.com.au
Then ask here (and maybe on the immigration forum) for recommendations.
Then compare your shortlist and choose.
