Met the new neighbours
And what a delight they are :scared: Mid 60's and they like to use their tennis court, at 6 AM EVERY MORNING, and guess what in winter its dark so they use FLOODLIGHTS :scared:
R reckons the womans probably one of those grunters too, you know like in wimbledon when they whack the ball they grunt or scream.
Never mind we will retaliate, easy enough to rustle up 12 pre teens who like to stay up till 3 am at sleepovers and who are keen to learn driving skills on the ride on mower and ute

Now, where did I leave that fountain of youth?
Hey! How about YOU start making all sorts of your own grunting and groaning noises when they come out to play? Maybe they'll get embarrassed and decide that they can wait until 9am?? Make it good though... lots of screaming and "Oh Yessses" etc..
Next time you talk to the neighbours, casually mention that all of a sudden the Mr. is a morning guy Something wakes him up and boooooooooooy is he randy!

First day we let it go, second day we called the real estate agent who called the woman and told her to return and sort the dog out. Since then we have called the woman several times and asked her to sort it. She told me "it must be the area as we've never had a howling dog problem before". Yeah right! Neighbour on the other side has a hefty supply of poison, apparently if it carries on he's going to put it to good use. I don't doubt him for a second!
Can't you call your council or something? Sounds like a noise problem that the council might be able to sort out.
