Hi,

Happy New Year to you.

Real nice to note your comments. Houses within & around Boxhill is very expensive, not sure if there's good primary school for my daughter (age 9).

Is Hampton Park, Narre Warren a young family suburb?

Where are you putting up?

Cheers !

We are in Malvern East next too Central Park.

What sort of budget were you working towards? Sorry but I was making my points earlier focusing on your parents rather than children. However I am sure around Boxhill are some very good schools. Bare in mind some areas interlope with others so it can depend where in the area you are looking.

Melbourne is such a big place you are best to rent initially and then see the area ticks the right boxes for you - even if it means one small upheaval for the kids. Longer term its better to be in the right place for yourselves than stranded.
