Question Melbourne or Vancouver

Guys I am an Australian Citizen and currently struggling hard to get US Visa stamped on Australian passport. The visa stamping is costly, time consuming.US Visa stamping on Australian passport is not as easy as US visas are for Canadian passport holders (who dont need any US consulate/embassy visit).

NewZealand and Australia have same type of relations as Canada and US have but NewZealand cannot be compared with US in terms of oppurtunities, career and its size.

I have been in Sydney,Melbourne, Perth,London,Toronto,Dallas TX,Los Angeles,Frankfurt and Brisbane but the best city in the world which I have been is Vancouver, Canada.

First let me start about Vancouver and man what a beautiful place it is. It’s also called Glass City but has its own natural side in which no OTHER city/country can come close.

I am surprised at the level of luxury I got in Vancouver Canada. Some of the famous places to visit in Vancouver are Queen Elizabeth park, Stanley park (must visit), Granville Island (very expensive-not much to do-liked the boat taxi), Canada place (beautiful spot for a great view), Robson street (nice street for shopping), Victoria Island (long travel but a worthy one), Caplilano suspension bridge (Did not find it too surprising), Bushart gardens-Victoria Island (must visit) and Parliament building-Victoria Island (must visit). Heard lot of good reviews about British Columbia history museum but missed it. Public transportation is great in Vancouver but do take enough time if you are planning for it. Also do take two days if you want to cover Victoria Island. The journey (Bus+BCFerry) itself takes half day.

Some of the places I would recommend for food are Banana leaf Malaysian restaurant, India Bistro and Sala Thai.

The Canadian Dollar,Canadian economy is extremely solid and strong. Other countries like Australia or NewZealand can never cross this economic barrier.Canada is no doubt more beautiful and pleasant, hard working country than hot and lazy Australia (goosh I hate 45C).Considering the hard currencies like GBP,USD,CAD,Euro I dont think that AUD or Malaysian Ringit or Indonesian Ruppiah are considered as any hard currencies in this economic world.

Just make sure whichever country you pick has a good welfare system, allows you to pay for things on your friends credit card, and will not chase you for unpaid phone bills
