Have you ever been to Sydney? Same problems with traffic lights AND no right turn signs at just about every junction. Miss your lane, and you can have a sizeable journey to get back on track.

And let's not forget the dangerous light controlled junctions that could easily be rectified with a decent roundabout...

Ha! I HATE traffic lights since moving to Mellie! One way, streets, systems etc etc but the thing that is really annoying in Oz.....which twit came up with the idea of when it's your green light, the pedestrians can also cross when turning left/right etc? Thereby holding up all the traffic behind you, this strange system also has been adopted in Singapore as well.

The Nepean drives me nuts as I can do all the way from Mornington to the city and catch every red light not fun on a 70km journey!

Rant over....

Ps as annoyingly in Blighty Brighton it's all 20mph in the city now thanks to the Greenies...equally irritating
