Meds forms

Meds forms
Can anyone help with copies of the meds forms????
We want to front load meds and pc but can't find the forms on DIMIA or anywhere else. They were there a few weeks ago but it looks like they have removed them. I have tried some old links from other sites but nothing works. We know the DIMIA don't approve of frontloading but we really want to speed things up and we are prepared to go the minute the visa's granted.
Anyway if anyone has file copies or paper copies we would really appreciate it.
Any help or advice is much appreciated

I had a heck of a job to find the medical forms too! You need Form 26 and Form 160, and you can download them both from the website of the Australian High Commission in London.
Click on visas & citizenship and then scroll down to medical information or whatever it says. The forms are at the very end of the medical section, from memory. You can also download the list of Panel Doctors in the UK.
