Medicals & X-Rays booked....
 

Hi group,

Medicals & X-Rays have been booked for next week OMG, better do the health thingy and start eating the rabbit's food.


My question is what do we have to send off to Adelaide ?
I have read some posts in the past about people not sending the correct info off. Any help from people who have already done medicals would be a great help.

We have been to the dentist today (got to have a back tooth extracted "ouch", so the first thing I'll do when we get to Adelaide is have a bridge done !) We asked about dental records, the receptonist said they just start a fresh but we could obtain our medical records from our G.P's.

Hi Julie & Darren,
I know what your saying here cos I had the same dilemma a couple of weeks ago. Radiologist & GP said that all we have to send off is the reports. So this is what we did - 2 weeks ago.
We applied to London. They said that we did not need to send the actual x-rays but they do spot checks every now & again(so keep em safe)
Adelaide, however, I believe like the actual x-rays send too.
Please correct me if I'm wrong anyone in the know!
