Cant help with doctors in Scotland but your 15 year old will have to have a blood test for HIV. Also both the children will have to have an x-ray as well.

Hope they dont mind too much about having the blood test :scared:

The Australian High Commission (in London) website has a list of approved panel doctors which must be selected from for the meds. When I find time I'll post a link to it. I can't help with prices but it is a case of going to the nearest doctor on the list. As a matter of interest the nearest doctor for us (live in Galloway) for my wife to attend for the meds for her spouse visa is in Carlisle rather than Scotland. Most of the panel doctors are in the central belt.

My fiance had his medical in Inverness last month. The medical cost him £120 and his xray was £41. The following link will give you a list of panel doctors you can go to

if you're near Edinburgh then BUPA at Murrayfield for x-rays, and there are two docs - one at Tollcross the other in Morningside. Someone posted that the Morningside docs were very good.

The Panel Doctor in Aberdeen is the cheapest, by far. If you're in Edinburgh, use Bonnyrigg as opposed to Morningside. Shop around because the prices vary considerably.
