Medical- X-ray asked again

For my medical for australia -A month back i sent my wife's and my medical papers completed. i have been asked to send the x-ray again. Its for me not for my wife. Did anyone know why have they asked for it again? Anyone who faced the same problem? Is it something to worry about? I have to go to australia...for many reason.. Please advice
