Medical Worries

Medical Worries
I gave up smoking 3 months ago.
I am 41 and have smoked since I was 16.
Although we are both fit and run a lot, I am worried that this could cause us problems when they carry out a chest X ray. Has anybody who has smoked as long as I have had their medical?
Was it a problem having been or still being a smoker?
Cheers.

I would have thought you would be ok.....its mainly TB and communicable disease they are looking for.
Nice one to both of you for giving up the death sticks.
