Default Medical Professional -Average Work Hours in Australia?

Hi All,
I am a Medical professional(Child Specialist), In my native country there are lot of working hours ( 65 hours /Week). Does any one has any idea what are the average working hours for child specialist in Australia( Specially Sydney). This information is needed as it would help me decide about the quality of life there as I have some family restrictions as of now ...

Any help would be much appreciated. I am interested to know the state or places where the average working hours is less than or equal to 45 hours/week. And what is the name of that state, then we plan to move to that place

Thanks
Viser

If you go onto each states health website it shows you the state and federal awards. Will you be classified as a specialist here an RMO or registrar?

There is a huge shortage of medical professionals here so the hours they state in the award may be exceeded. Recently some doctors here in Queensland expressed concern at the number of hours they were doing - this was in the public sector.
