medical forms help please
Hi there am about to book medicals to front load them and i am not sure which forms to use. We are going as skilled migrants MODL (hopefully). Once i have had the medicals and xrays and the doctor sends them off, do we have to send anything to our case officer to let them know we have had them, even though we dont have a case officer yet. oh dear its all so confusing any help much appreciated.

Hi Kate,
Forms can be downloaded from http://www.australia.org.uk/vti/HTML/medical.html Get the bottom 3 on the page. Form 26 Medicals / form 160 X-rays
You can get them sent straight away by the doctor or they will hold on to them until you are asked for them. If you want to send them earlier then you should find a number on your acknowledgement letter, it will look something like CLF2006/12345
