Medical Forms!
Another question for you! The Medical forms ask for very specific details, i.e. have you EVER been treated in hospital, etc etc. Can any of you let me know how much detail you went into, i.e. did you check your medical records at your doctors to get exact dates??

We just gave month and year. Doctor laughed when he read hubby had sprained his ankle through playing cricket.

Agree with Jo.
Month and year was fine for our medicals. I also have a potentially, on paper anyway, serious health problem and basic details sufficed and no extra info requested.
