We applied under Skilled Independant, had met a emigration specialist in Brissy, in the CBD, and crikey he was a bundle of fun lol.
If he was anymore laid back hed have been upside down, he suggested a few things and we decided upon the skilled route, Got the TRA back. and just a note to people who are applying via TRA, they really are a nice bunch there, >> will start a new post with my TRA experience..

We waited til they were requested. We are lucky though as we are going through under Desig Area sponsorship subclass 139. They appear to be going through pretty quickly under this class!
Now we are waiting to hear about the assurance bond money and then hopefully plain sailing from then....

If you have only just submitted your vis application then I strongly suggest you hold on for your meds.
Not the news you wanna hear, but could save you a small fortune in the long run...

LOL - spotted the strapline then! Hopefully, about 4-6 weeks for the bond, then approx 2 weeks to get the grant letter after that. Looking to go about August time. Stopping off in Sydney first to see friends for a week or so, then thought about driving all the way down the coast. Stop off in Melbourne for a few days (visit the moggies ) then carry on to Adelaide!! Yippee can't wait.
