marrying australian on tourist visa
can anyone tell me what happens if you're in australia on a tourist or working visa, fall in love with an australian and marry there? am i able to still stay with my spouse? is there a fine? is this illegal?

If hes a roo, wallaby, koala, wombat, or a dingo its illegal and you`ll be fined.

It will all depend on what sort of visa you are on and where you come from as to if you can stay in Australia after you are married You really need to supply a little bit more information in your thread and people may be able to supply you with more fruitfull information Try again
