Our 136 MODL was sent on the 21st March and they debited my account on the 14th April. We used a agency. We were told it could take a minimum of 6 months, So now just waiting!!!!!!!

Anymore March Applicants out there, anyone front loading there medicals or PC? or are they going to wait until requested.

We are thinking about putting our house on the Market in the next few months. :scared:

hi stacey, we applied for the 136 MODL which they acknowledged on march the 8th we are also using an agent and have already front loaded meds and pc as we didnt want any extra hold ups.cant decide when the house should go up for sale though

We thought about August time for the house. We are hoping to go end of the year/early 07 which gives us plenty of time, and if we sell early we will go into rental accommodation for abit. Has your agent gave you a rough time scale.

DIMA received our application on 21 Feb and we were acknowledged 7th March.

we thought around august for the house too although were still trying to get all those jobs finished off that we never got round to before Nightmare! our agents rough time estimate was around 6 months completion we were hoping to be in Brisbane for the end of November but dont no whether this is a bit optimistic,its already driven me to compulsively check my e-mails

Same here my husband spending all his time freshening the place up and we thought August because this gives us plenty of time and our garden we look nice for the pictures I'm checking the post all the time and i know it will get worse the longer we wait. We are hoping to go to the Gold Coast.

Hiya Stacey, We are 136 MODL and acknowleged on 16th March. We had our medicals done last week and are waiting for the PCCs to come back. House is hopefully going on the market next week as well.

Agent said minimum 6 months but could take up to 12 months and not to front load meds or PC or contact DIMIA. If i haven't heard any thing by July going to book med appointment as that takes a couple of weeks to get an appointment.

No we aren't. Decided to go it alone. Hopefully everything is in order but we will just have to wait and see
