Mandurah - Rental Property Coming Up
Hello,
If anyone is moving to Mandurah around October or is already here you may be interested to know of a rental property that should be available around that time. We are currently renting a townhouse in the Mariners Cove estate but we have found somewhere to buy and therefore will have to break the lease. This will cost us but it has to be done. However, it will be easier (and cheaper) for us if someone takes the lease soon after we leave.
The house is a 3 bed/2 bath, is only about a year old and is very modern. It is only $210 per week and in my opinion it is one of the best value rental properties available as I have seen many!
