I'm sure I read the other day that that parcticular flight would take off late. Can't remember how long the delay was going to be, but bear it in mind.

There's a web-site available that lists certain future information i.e.- Lottery numbers, Grand-national winners, Big Brother winners, Flight delays etc. I can't remember the address, but if you do a google I am sure you will find something.

You have to agree that you won't directly profit from any information contained on the site before they will let you log in.

Firstly - good luck in the land down under.

Secondly - did you ask for an extra baggage allowance with Malaysian - and if you did, did you get it? I have a vested interest!!

Hi Jim,

It's only a visa validation trip this time but I was *assured* by the airline that we will be allowed an extra baggage allowance when we book one way next time.

Hello

Thanks for that. I am about to contact them re our one way flight in March but I have heard on here that it may be one of the airlines which does NOT give you an increased allowance for emigrating. Maybe they have changed their policy but if they have given you a verbal "promise" perhaps you should get that in writing before appearing at the check in desk with your extra luggage!
